WHO: Lee’s Summit Medical Center employees, medical staff and the community. LSMC employees and medical staff are donating personal items in quality condition to sell to the public.
WHAT: United Way & Hope Fund Yard Sale
WHEN: Friday, Nov. 11th 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 12th 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Lee’s Summit Medical Center, 2100 SE Blue Parkway, Lee’s Summit, Mo., 64063; west parking lot, outside hospital cafeteria. In case of inclement weather, sale will take place in the Arbor/Bayberry/Cypress Rooms inside Lee’s Summit Medical Center.
WHY: Lee’s Summit Medical Center, part of HCA Midwest Health System, Kansas City’s largest healthcare network, will hold a yard sale to benefit the United Way and Hope Fund campaigns. The Hope Fund helps HCA-affiliated employees nationally and in Lee’s Summit with unanticipated financial needs due to illness, injury, natural disaster or domestic violence. The local United Way chapter focuses on needs related to housing, education, and healthcare.
