  • Accept patients from area hospitals for higher levels of treatment or round-the-clock critical care
  • Do outreach to area communities for stroke education and prevention
  • Provide quick assessment, diagnosis and treatment for stroke symptoms
  • Offer rapid response coordinated through 911 system within 90 minutes
