Lee’s Summit Medical Center (LSMC) — part of HCA Midwest Health, Kansas City’s leading healthcare provider — is pleased to announce that Michael L. Duke, MD, Leila Koleiny, DO, and Mohd I. Boda, MD have joined Lee’s Summit Medical Center and the family medicine practices of Family Care at Arbor Walk, Lee’s Summit Family Care and Lee’s Summit Family Care-Lakewood.

Dr. Duke is with Family Care of Arbor Walk, at 1301 SW Arborwalk Blvd.; Dr. Koleiny is with Lee’s Summit Family Care at 600 NW Murray Road; and Dr. Boda is with Lee’s Summit Family Care-Lakewood at 600 NW Murray Road.

The addition of these three physicians provides the community with additional board-certified expertise, convenient scheduling and tools such as the Patient Portal, and much more. Each practice is recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) that reinforces the notion of a true family doctor by helping to coordinate and communicate to ensure individual and family healthcare needs are met.

“With Dr. Duke, Dr. Koleiny and Dr. Boda joining Lee’s Summit Medical Center, we are expanding our family-based practices to meet community needs,” says Matt Sogard, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer, Lee’s Summit Medical Center.  “We are thrilled to have them join us as they bring specialized backgrounds and commitment in partnering with patients and families across all stages of life.”

Lee’s Summit Medical Center, dedicated to delivering patient-family centered care, is consistently ranked among the top hospitals nationwide for patient satisfaction, hospital safety and one of the best places to work by Modern Healthcare. More than 500 highly trained staff members and 100 volunteers support all LSMC services — from comprehensive outpatient and preventative care to advanced surgical and treatment options.  Earlier this year, HCA Midwest Health also opened CareSpot Express Healthcare in Lee’s Summit, which offers immediate walk-in care for minor injuries and illnesses.  In addition, LSMC has Emergency and Trauma Care that assists patients 24/7.

“One of my favorite aspects of family medicine is getting to serve individuals of all ages at different points in their lives,” says the board-certified family physician.
